Incredibly nice and calm environment, clean hotel with all amenities, included cable car usage and spa, kind and helpful staff. Village is tax free, prices OK compared to normal Swiss prices.

The natural surroundings were stunning and peaceful, allowing me to escape from the chaos of daily life. The rooms were appealing and tidy with all necessary amenities. I greatly appreciated having a complimentary spa and cable car access. The nearby restaurants had delicious food at reasonable prices and the tax-free village was an added bonus!

I experienced severe internet issues, which was extremely frustrating during my business trip. The restaurant was unavailable during the summer season, and there was insufficient breakfast supplies.

Nature and Relaxation the surrounding nature was absolutely gorgeous, a perfect location to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the included cable car and spa access, which made the trip even more special.

Slow Internet and Poor Service the internet was frustratingly slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to plan our day trips.

The WiFi was a bit slow, which was inconvenient at times.
